Neargrid
Boost

The quiet powerhouse in the Neargrid family provides renewable power for even the most demanding construction sites, enough to power up to three tower cranes continuously. Where the grid stops, Neargrid begins.

Peak power for tower cranes. No more downtime. Always producing. Always building. A weak grid connection should never determine your progress. With the Neargrid Boost, your construction site keeps running, day and night, with every hoist. The battery system forms a smart microgrid that absorbs peak currents and guarantees a stable voltage level, even when the mains voltage fluctuates or fails. This allows your tower cranes to continue working under all circumstances. No downtime, no loss of time, only continuity. In addition, you no longer need a heavy grid connection. Because the Boost supplies the peak power itself, a smaller, cheaper connection is sufficient for the base load. This avoids upgrades, waiting times, and high fixed costs, while your construction site performs as it should: reliably, predictably, and without interruptions. With Neargrid Boost, your construction site continues to operate without you having to think about it.

Peak power for tower cranes, stable

Microgrid forming for perfect voltage quality

The Boost delivers heavy peak power on a connection of only 16–63A.
Lifting movements remain stable and predictable, even with fluctuating mains voltage or weak input. No dips, no risks.

→ Cranes continue to operate without downtime.

UPS autonomy for continuous lifting

Working through power outages for up to four hours

In the event of a power failure, the Boost automatically switches to UPS mode, allowing the crane to continue operating. All circuits are fully electrically protected with selective overcurrent protection and type B RCDs.

→ No time lost, no interruptions, no stress.

Complete control over your crane energy

Real-time insight via Neargrid Portal

View capacity, charge status, grid quality, and load in real time. Designed around the electrical characteristics of tower crane profiles, so you know in advance that the site can continue to produce. Reliable and predictable.

→ Always insight, always certainty.
