As Service Manager, you are responsible for both coordinating and executing services for our partners, customers, and end users. You combine a hands-on approach with organizational oversight and are a key figure between customers, partners, and the internal team.
You are the first point of contact for customers with technical or operational questions and malfunctions on site, and you ensure that users can always enjoy the performance and battery solution on site. Speed of action, thoughtful and structured working are essential.
You play a central role in the expansion of our European service network.
Your responsibilities
Service & operation
· First point of contact for customers with questions on site
· Analysis of technical and operational issues
· Developing concrete solutions and implementing them yourself or having them implemented
· Follow-up on outstanding support tickets and actions
Coordination & planning
· Coordinating all support tasks within the team
· Organizing and leading monthly support meetings in which outstanding tasks are discussed and scheduled
· Setting up and managing an on-call system in which colleagues take turns being available to customers
Education & network
· Organizing and (co-)delivering training courses for partners and distributors
· Expanding an international support network in all countries where Neargrid operates
· Point of contact for partners in the area of support processes and knowledge sharing
· Youcombine technical insight with strong organizational skills.
· You are familiar with electrical energy systems, enabling you to provide constructive feedback to product developers from your service role.
· You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even in urgent situations.
· You communicate easily with customers, colleagues, and partners.
· You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and take responsibility.
· You are willing to travel internationally, mainly within Europe
· Experience may vary: we are open to different levels as long as you can perform the role independently
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English; French, German, or another European language is a plus.
